A quiet day on the beach here in Ocean Village in front of the Oceanhouse condos on Hutchinson Island. As far as you can see and just a few fellow beach people sitting and enjoying a beautiful Sunday afternoon. Not quite Miami Beach but very peaceful and enjoyable. The Oceanhouse has 3- 4 story oceanfront condos sitting on the South end of Ocean Village. With just 24 condos per building you will enjoy the small boutique buildings. Each condo comes with 1 garage parking space under the building as well as a nice size storage cage for bikes and misc beach equipment.

The condos range in size from just under 1,400 sq. ft to just over 1,800 sq. ft corner units. There are 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom condos. The exterior catwalks are very wide and not typical of the narrow catwalks in earlier days. The condos feature 9ft ceilings and were built in 2003. The balconies ar approximately 10 by 14 ft with openings on two sides for soaring ocean views. Most condos have accordian shutters which allows you to leave your patio furniture out. The patio is large enough for a 48″ round table for outdoor dining.
Inside the units feature large master bedrooms with sliders as well as windows. The master baths include large soaking tub and separate shower with walk in closet. The kitchen opens to the dining /living area and a full size washer/dryer are in the back of the kitchen. The guest bedroom is large enough for queen bed and also features a walk in closet. The condos are quite spacious and are one of the best values here in Ocean Village.
