Built in 2003 the Oceanhouse condos are the newest condos here in Ocean Village. The three direct oceanfront condos sit directly on the sand and are just 4 stories high. With 76 condos in the three buildings you will love the quaintness of the complex. Out behind the condos you will find our private pool and beach walkway. If you want the Aruba pool is just a short walk away.

Condos feature from just under 1,400 sq. ft to 1,900 sq. ft. They have 9ft ceilings and large master suites and baths with jacuzzi style tub. Wake up and enjoy the sunrise from your master bedroom and stroll out for a morning coffee on the patio. The condos feature garage parking and are pet friendly condos.

One of the biggest draws to Oceanhouse was it was one of just a few Hutchinson Island pet friendly condos that allow large dogs. Just one other oceanfront condo allows large dogs.
